"The younger staff member at the front desk on 3/6/2026 in the morning was not particularly courteous. However, the senior staff member in the afternoon when I checked in was professional and provided good service."

"The room was clean but wished had a microwave, one on 3rd floor was small and dirty. Elevators smelled good Restaurant was AWESOME! food was great day/night service was good during day but at night not enough staff. wish they had served breakfast. Overall enjoyed the visit."

"Great clean hotel and had a wonderful view of the harbor. It was quiet. My main concern was the restaurant. I went once and sat and never recognized and a second time it was closed. I did use the coffee shop but it closed early. Staff very nice. I would stay again if I knew the restaurant would be serving. "

"They had signs up saying you had a curfew for guests and would be fined $50 if caught after curfew. We are grown and this was ridiculous. I was stuck on the elevator that had no sign it was out of order for almost half an hour before someone came."
