"I ended up at the Prasana at the last minute because the villas I went to prior to booking at the Prasana were not to standard. Upon my arrival at the previous villas and finding out how it was really like, I immediately jumped on Expedia and found the Prasana. Doing to turned around my vacation. "This was the vest way to end our trip all around Bali. The Villas are huge, very private and wonderful to just escape away and hide in. Your private pool is wonderful, and the bedrooms are massive. We loved it. The only negative is that there is not much around, but that was fine for us as we hardly left the villa during our 2 nights. Will definitely be back."

"False advertising about hotel. No room service No In House Spa as described. No fridge in room - advertised. Check in is 3pm, not 2pm. Room cleaning seems to only be done on request. Bathroom has strong smell of sulphur. Provided Water is boiled - made me sick Shower water - made me sick. Staff are friendly - everybody smiles and says Hello Sir. Local food and nearby restaurants are decent for all budgets"
