"The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked...
