"We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and maintained. Water pressure in the shower was good and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Place was in close proximity to Helen (6 Minute Drive), Anna Ruby falls and State Park. Communication was excellent and no issues checking-in. Perfect for a weekend get away. There was 2 of us in the cottage and had plenty of room."

"Lighting in the room was terrible. Lamp light was burned out. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom door was dragging the floor and wouldn’t close all the way. But a good value for the money."

"Lovely little cabin at a wonderful price point. The walk down to the river takes less than a minute, and it’s very private. Lots of really cool rocks to be found in the Hiawassee river, and it’s a short drive into the town of Hiawassee or to Helen."

"Our agent was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. The cabin we rented on the river was beautiful and conveniently located near the village, making it easy to explore the area. There were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, and the atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it to others."

"It was a nice cabin but it was not downtown on the river. And the layout was bizarre. The kitchen, dining room, and little living room where everybody could gather is upstairs...16 of them. Having a 94-year-old and a 100-year-old with us made it a bit complicated but we got through it. It was difficult carrying groceries up."

"This place is a true gem. Located in the very lovely community. You hear river, birds in the morning anf frogs at night. You are surrounded by all the natures.Close to everything. We met nice neighbors during our morning walks.The neighbor invited us to feed the fish in the river. We would love to come back."

"Cabin was super clean and well stocked. You couldn't even tell that pets had been there in previous stays. It was in a great location that wasn't very far from downtown Helen. My only small (and I mean small) complaint was that there was no washer/dryer. Since there was a hot tub, we did find that we needed to dry towels and bathing suits. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect."
