I was surprised that I shared a room with a woman considering I booked a male room but neither of us seemed to mind. The free bagels and coffee in the morning was a bonus too. "Basic, and basically all you need to get a good nights sleep. Rooms with windows out the front will have the sweet clanking song of metro trains screeching around the corners to keep them company at night, so if you’re a light sleeper, request back of house. Bring a lock for the lockers if you like to lock things away. Decent kitchen. Restaurants in the area aren’t great, but it’s easy to get where you’re goin with the metro just across the street!"

"My stay was a good one. The family is warm and welcoming yet professional. The house is quite large and my rear of the house room (#5) was spacious, secure and comfortable. I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs; they came in handy as the room is right beside the kitchen. Not terribly noisy, but noticeable to me without earplugs. I would absolutely stay again and am curious to see what the house is like in the busy season with more than two guests. (There was only one guest...
