"Property was near the airport our surroundings we had Costco near by but didn’t go there to shop. We had IHop, Popeyes, TOGO a sandwich shop and Dunkin Doughnuts near us it was walking distance which was nice. Our hotel was pretty nice our room was clean and they offered free coffee. We used their gym which was really good and very clean! I would go back to stay there again!"

"Excellent value for the area. Property is secured but parking lot is not. Walkable to restaurants & shops, right now Milbrae Bart station. Room is comfortable with soft towels &a coffee machine, safe but surprised our standard room does not have a frig. (Only deluxe does) but front desk offered to keep our things & blue ice cold in their frig. It’s an easy in and out kind of inn, good for a short stay before an early flight. "

"No staff available to check us in at the time we were promised which resulted in 15+ people in lobby waiting to get checked in. Hotel is in awful conditions and smells like a casino. "

"Staff was very friendly but this hotel is a the worst hotel I have stayed at in over 20 years of in international travel. No hotel in the 21st century should be this squalid. "

"The best part of the stay was the friendly staff. The breakfast is standard for a motel. The rooms are dirty and the pillows are incredibly lumpy and firm. Bring your own pillow if you plan on staying here. "
