"As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. They will tear up that room and I said no those dogs will not tear up that room. Those dogs are very well behaved they would never do anything like that. I understand that some people’s dogs have in the past, but don’t take your bad experiences out on the next person"

"Computers were right next to the breakfast eating tables. If someone was trying to conduct any business or any sense of privacy, it would be available to anyone to see the screens. Additionally, there was a kids wrestling team there and they were playing games on the computer. Parking and hotel location were nice and convenient access to the casino where we were going to see a comedy show. The breakfast was adequate, but the attendant was not keeping up with restocking. At one point midway through the breakfast hours there was no regular coffee in either of the two pump dispensers, both empty. They ran out of regular milk in the cartons and I had to ask for some and he brought out a gallon. Napkin dispenser was empty. Hot entrées were not buried over two days. There were two kids cereals, and not a third choice as most hotels will have a raisin bran or similar healthier choice. There were several choices of fresh muffins, which were goodand also some packaged pastry."

"I had an issue with my reservation when I arrived, but Denis at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to fix the problem and made sure everything was taken care of. Because of him, my stay turned out great. I really appreciate his help and the excellent customer service. Thank you, Denis!"

"This is an older, worn down property. It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. "
