"We checked in late and it was very clunky. Staff seemed overwhelmed and under prepared. Our room wasn’t cleaned in between nights, which isn’t a big deal for us normally, but we had overflowing (tiny) garbage cans and were lacking appropriate amounts of towels. "

"Rooms are just okay, very dated and beat up a bit. Water Park is nice and clean though. "

"The rooms are a great size with everything you need. It's great walking distance to everything downtown. You can tell the property is a little older, but everything worked great and was cleaned well. I wish the bed was more confortable and it was less noisy, but overall i would recommend it"

"The place was nice, but as a first tome visiter, it would have been better if they had given us or emailed me a map of the property. That especially would have been helpful when trying to find my room. We had kids with us, so i wanted to park as close to the room as possible. There were three towers and no obvious indication of where to find my room or which parking lot would be best for our room. Check in was a kiosk, which was fine. However it would be great if the kiosk would offer the option for a key card instead of just a bracelet "
