"The place was perfect in every way, very clean, very spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The restaurant under the property was top notch, and affordable. We ended up eating there for lunch and dinner a total of five times. The place was newly remodeled and feels brand new. If you need to work from there, keep in mind the wifi isn't strong enough for video calling, but generally works fine. The area around it wasn't very safe. The hosts truly thought of everything—plenty of toiletries, kitchen essentials, and even small conveniences like chopsticks, aluminum foil, an air fryer, and dog bowls. "I have stayed at this property twice now and will continue to do so every time I visit the SeaTac area. Quiet and safe neighborhood and walking distance to town. The property itself is always clean and incredibly cozy. Host is always responsive with whatever you may need. "

"Though The apartment is in an older building, the interior is updated with new appliances and furniture giving it a comfortable feel. The surrounding area is very hilly giving you a great calf workout when travelling, but there were very few places to grab food that was within walking distance. Look up not the area when booking to plan ahead."

"Matt’s loft apartment is beautiful and spacious. It has a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom and the bed and all the furniture is super comfy. The house is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Would be very happy to stay here again anytime!!"

"Beware! Property has long term renters with disgruntled exs that come pounding on doors multiple times a day. I called the police and management and decided it wasn’t a safe spot for me and my child who were there for an event. Management didn’t care about us at all. They have camera everywhere but don’t apparently use them. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors come and go. Was really looking forward to this trip and this experience ruined our whole weekend and Tacoma experience. Stay clear! "
