"Slow check in, confused instructions as to breakfast and bar offers. Didn't seem to want to spare the time to take care of customers. Room was clean but communal areas and elevators were dirty. Not up to a reasonable standard."

"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"Not a great stay but would give them another try. Close to a museum so ask for the 4th floor to avoid the children stomping, rolling chairs and running back and forth above you. Out of their control but they had a large water leak. Water in entire hotel had to be turned off, pool was out of order for part of our stay and there was a huge leak in the middle of the lobby. "The hotel was very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. We were pleased our little dog was welcome and happy there was plenty of grass for her to explore! The only thing we would recommend is that the pillows were small and too squishy. "Reserved 2 rooms . Keys didn't work reliably. Floor was wet across the both rooms, rooms smelled wet stale.
