Paid my money for the Court Square Hotel in NY. They say I never showed up, but i did. They overbooked the hotel and refuse to give me back my money. They never sent me a code to get in. I rang every button and people kept saying you need a code. I'm furious it's been a month.

Just kind of a weird place. Had issues with the keys the whole time. For some reason the heat in the hallways was cranked so they were sweltering the entire time. Shower pressure left a lot to be desired. Bedside table only on one side of the bed. Just odd.

For a place that is known how dangerous Uniondale is, it was not bad. I felt safe and not worry that something dangerous was going to happen to us, even at night

we went for a concert it was beautiful nice city in west bury .we stayed at hotel and enjoyed our stay .thank you Marriott and definitely we will come back next time ! and from now on i will be there any time i come to NY ! we all loved it !
