"We stayed here two years ago and it was amazing. I’m trying to not sound prejudice but the property is under new Indian ownership and has gone downhill severely. All the furniture in the lobby was so stained and dirty you didn’t want to sit in any of the chairs or couches. Lot of burned out lights in the lobby, only one elevator worked. The bar didn’t have any beers on tap like they did before, I ordered a Gin & Tonic and requested a lime as well. The bartender didn’t want to give me one and...

"Dirty facility, very smelly in common areas. Room smelled like cigarettes even though non-smoking. Towels had stains. Housekeeping did not come two of the days, no clean towels, no trash pick up. Mattress needs replaced and pillows also. Curtains had sun damage to the point of having holes in them. Refrigerator froze our food. Would not recommend."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It consistently is super clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very close to the Hartville Flea Market and great food and shops. We stay here several times a year for a weekend getaway and have never been disappointed."

"Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours."

"This was a very nice hotel. We only had one issue. The refrigerator in our room made a noise like an alien breathing most of the night. The noise would stop at 5 a.m. for a few hours, but it was consistent for the rest of the day."
