The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. "I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. "We did not end up staying at your place because itbwas overbooked. We were left hanging for the night. We were on the phone a few hours to resolve but have yet to get a free night stay somewhere as compensation for our aggravation. "
