"Staff wasn’t as friendly as usual. Couldn’t get service for breakfast. Staff csme and went no one asked us for help or looked at us. Disappointing. Parking was great once someone got there, a little to relaxed to get us going in the morning. But we were happy and patient "

"Great stay and great location right next to the Alamo. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy to walk to the river walk, stores and restaurants. Pool was nice and refreshing. Valet parking was worth it for us so you don’t have to worry about navigating parking downtown. I would definitely stay again"
