"I was very impressed with how accommodating the host was with our last minute request to check in early. My family and I traveled to Charlotte for a wedding, the day of our arrival was the rehearsal dinner which I did not realize was scheduled right around the check in time to our rental, I reached out to the host and they were able to have us check in as early as 2 pm. Thank you again for helping us out with this!"
