"The hotel has a very good location. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room and property were clean. We had a small issue with the a/c but it was resolved by moving us right away to a new room. The internet was very slow and had to go out the room to have a better connection, other than that we had a great stay."

"The service at the restaurant the first day was bad, but the last day was good. Sheets and towels were changed daily, but we couldn’t get washcloths, only hand towels. The AC worked well, but they didn’t provide warm blankets. Very nice at front desk!"

Las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias, el piso de la habitación con manchas de pintura, la persiana estaba rota, se sentía descuidado en general. Al ser un hotel de cadena esperaba mejores condiciones"

"La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, el lavamanos estaba tapado, la cortina de la habitación dejaba entrar la luz, el Personal en el desayuno fue muy atento"
