"I felt the staff at the front desk need to be more courteous and patient with professional training. The staff said I am not the guest there with impatient attitude when my relative came to the front desk twice to looking for me in the morning on/about 7:30 am on my check out date. At that moment , coincidentally, I came out the front desk elevator and witnessed the situation. "

"The hotel is located near Taichung park with easy access to public transport, restaurants and two night markets. They offer onsite parking and free bicycle rentals, both on a first come first serve basis. The daily breakfast has a selection of Taiwanese and western items which changes daily. They also offer snacks , tea and coffee in the afternoon to late evening. "
