"Everything was great with one exception: the pillows. I've stayed at hotels around the world and these were the worst pillows ever. Take a dozen dog chews and knotted ropes, put them in a pillow case with some polyfill, and you're pretty close to what those pillows are like. Horrible is an understatement. The staff was delightful and pleasant, accommodating and helpful. But for $180/night, the Wyndham franchise holder needs to invest in new pillows full stop."
