"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."

"We arrived for the Day 2 BTS concert. Going to check in was a little rough. There weren't any rooms clean yet to check in at 3pm. The night before was sold out and it's hard to tell how the conditions were when people from Day 1 left, so I completely understand. There was absolutely no ait conditioning in the lobby except some fans. I felt so bad for the front desk employees. Our room was very clean and comfortable tho!!"

"Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool and sauna were fantastic and definitely highlights of the stay. Parking was a little confusing at first, but once we figured it out, it was manageable. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay."

"I had a great stay at Ulysses. From the moment you enter, the lobby smells great and the staff is so incredibly helpful. I arrived at 10:30am and my room was ready for check-in, which was incredible and wasn’t something i had any expectations for. I was so grateful to be able to start my day without worrying. The room was quaint but the decorations and the vibes were amazing. The antique feel definitely gives it character and makes the stay unique. Although I know i booked the smallest room, there was some space for a small desk and chair area and i think that would’ve been a nice amenity to have, since the hotel doesn’t have another area available throughout the entire day where one might sit to read or do some light work. The Ash Bar attached to the hotel had delicious coffee and food fairly priced. It closed from 12-3pm, but it would definitely be nice if they could keep it open during those hours for coffee and pastries, and that way provide guests with some extra space. One of the two elevators was broken when i visited, which did make for long wait times, but I’m sure this isn’t a recurring issue. Other than that, i have no other feedback. It’s a great place, well located, with amazing staff both at the front desk and the Ash Bar. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I had a really nice stay here! I stayed for the BTS concert, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Velvet was extremely professional and kind, and Josh was wonderful as well. He helped me very quickly and was fast and reliable, even though it was very busy when I arrived. I really appreciated that! There’s also parking right across the street, which was very convenient. As for the surrounding area, it’s city life, so you know what to expect. Overall, I had a great experience with Marriott and especially with the staff. Velvet and Josh were amazing. Thanks again, guys! I would definitely stay here again."
