"My first stay was in 2025 when the property was brand new, and at that time there were no local breakfast dishes available. I would have expected noticeable improvements a year later; however, the local breakfast options are still very limited. They had already run out of pepperpot when I arrived at 8:00 a.m., and it was not replenished. The other local dishes offered were mediocre at best. Perhaps the hotel should consider hiring more Guyanese cooks to better showcase authentic local cuisine. The bathroom also had a foul smell throughout my stay. The toilet had visible rust stains, and there was noticeable mold and mildew buildup in the bathroom. I believe the housekeeping and overall cleaning standards could be improved significantly. The mall is still under construction, so dining options remain limited. Hopefully, once it is completed, there will be more restaurants offering authentic local dishes. Communication with the Chinese front desk staff and housekeeping management was sometimes challenging because of the language barrier; however, the Guyanese staff quickly stepped in to assist and resolve the concerns. On a positive note, the Space Gym and attached supermarket do make the location very convenient for guests."

"The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel."

"Accessible facilities could be improved> Installing grab bars in the bahrooms might have been an oversight at the time of construction but it could be a majory asset in reducing libialities for accidents like falling on a slippery surface. Of course offering this security measure is a far cry from providing fully accessible rooms but was surprised to discover that there are only 2 rooms that qualify for that classification. WiFi accessibility was spotty in the room."

"Room had no tolietry, or complimentary water for two nights. The fixtures need an upgrade. The 🛁 leaking from the tap all night. The TV was not clear/snowy screen. This suite had kitchen but no dish or cutlery. The room door need to go. I had to ask staff to open it. Staff was helpful in the breakfast department. Overall. I needed a place to rest so I make do. Hope next time with a bit upgrade and helpful staff who speak English will understand their guest request."
