"Very clean, cozy, coffee make WITH coffee is a plus, Chris is chill, cool, and easy. Parking is great, there's wooden benches, rocking chairs on the deck, our dog loved it! Oh the bathroom, shower, towels, and sink were very clean and comfortable. Definitely be coming back!!!"

"We had a great experience during our stay at the Hotel Glacier. Maria at the front desk is a star, so helpful, so kind and so efficient….we appreciate all her efforts to make our stay comfortable in what turned out to be opening week for the season. With unseasonably cold weather some things just need workarounds- TV wasn’t working yet, but Wi-Fi was excellent so we could stream shows. Plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and warm bedding to stay cozy. Easy walking to most sights & restaurants. Don’t be fooled by a tired exterior-inside decor is fresh and clean. Good value!"

"Very clean rooms, breakfast was the best so far with a great variety, there is a restaurant in the building. There was a slight mildew smell upon entering one hallway, but it had been raining a lot - it is Alaska... It's right next to the harbor and mountains all around so great scenery. Lobby had a fireplace which was nice to play cards next to. We did not check any other facility offers."

"Great communication with the owner but poor communication on Expedia's part. I spoke with the owner and it seems they have been having issues with Expedia. I didn't receive my room code after completing the online pre registration process but after calling the owner of the property he was able to solve the issue after I sent proof of the registration agreement. The room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a few night stay. Would recommend and go back."

"We love staying here its always clean and the cabins are perfect and well decorated as alaskan as you can find. They have one of the best gift stores in Alaska lots of local arts and jewerly. Definatly put this place on your stay here list!!! "
