"Leider stand in der Beschreibung nicht von den Bahngleisen welche in unmittelbarer NƤhe verlaufen, dadurch ist es nachts laut wenn die Fenster auf sind. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es zu hƶren. Wenn vier Personen in der Wohnung sind kann die Klimaanlage nicht laufen das es im Wohnzimmer zu kalt wƤre. Ansonsten eine schƶne Wohnung in guter Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen."
