"The property looks much better in Expedia photos than it feels in person. Rooms have been renovated but lack basic amenities for comfort. As someone who travels frequently for work, the checkout experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was curt and confrontational about their cash-only policy for extras under 50 euros. "Hotel was schoon en netjes, echter gedateerd. Kamers oud. Personeel was zeker vriendelijk. We hadden met diner gekozen maar de opties waren summier en het eten helaas niet altijd lekker, zijn daarom een paar keer ergens anders geweest. Dorpje was saai maar de omgeving heeft genoeg leuke plekken (Pitzdal, Otzdal, Imst)."

"Beautiful area, of course we're in Austria! Traffic through the Fernepass was atrocious, which is right near Obsteig. Construction was in process across the road from hotel and the trucks that traveled the road all night that our room overlooked were very loud. No A/C so leaving windows open was a must. "Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel!
