"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"What was great 1. Excellent location, just 5 mins walk from Innsbruck Central station. 2. Very kind and helpful staff. At the reception, with the luggage and at the restaurant. All staff we interacted with. Special callout to Maria at the reception. 3. Close to the touristy part of Innsbruck. Tyrol Musuem, Golden Rood, Hofburg, Hofgarten, Nordkettenbahn etc. Hotel provides you card for local transportation in case you prefer using the public transport instead of walking. 4.
