"Old building but well upkept, clean and beautiful decor. You can feel the grandeur of the past. Staff were attentive and addressed any issues immediately. Breakfast is included but simple choices and the coffee was quite good. Parking included but very small garage so ask for a spot when booking."

"Absolutely brilliant hotel! The receptionist was incredibly friendly—one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, and his English was flawless. "This is an ok hotel. The beds are comfortable, the shower good, everywhere is clean. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice addition, and you can really feel 'at one' with the forest.It was so very hot! I got the 3rd degree at check in becase I had travel visas from 5 years ago in my passport, which really ruined my experience. The food was awful. The restaurant closed before its advertised time, even though I had paid for dinner and availability had been checked in advance. There was nothing left at the buffet - not even bread. There was no a la carte option. Breakfast was much better, but all 3 coffee machines broke, the juice machine pumped water with a squirt of coloured luquid, and fruit was - in part - mouldy. Bread, cheese and tomatoes were good as were some very nice warm pastries. There were hot options, but I didn't try these. Overall, not terrible, but certainly not the best hotel I have stayed at."
