Great location and modern, well kept, all the facilities were spot on ! Was interesting to use the app driven key to access rooms and property amenities, but once you are used to it - it is a breeze, Spacious parking and easy access to the main streets. View of the river and the mountains were amazing ! Kids loved the BUNNY HOP theme :) Dried apple - loved it

An incredible stay! The location was amazing. My partner and I couldn't have asked more from our stay. It was a great landing spot to and from our adventures in Switzerland. Interlaken area was gorgeous to stroll around and the apartment itself had everything we could've hoped for. The luggage storage, bathtub, laundry, and working A/C were icings on the cake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Could not beat this location.

A very well thought out hotel! It has everything we needed. The Aare river behind the hotel was wonderful and walking along it’s banks to get to the Interlaken Ost station was something we looked forward doing before our excursions for the day and upon coming back. Having a stove and fridge was excellent as we get to cook for breakfast and not be limited to opening hours of restaurants, as we sometimes needed to leave very early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel!

Clean and spacious room with full kitchen. Comfortable beds. Excellent service staff. Great location in front of river with beautiful views. Laundry room in building. Common areas full of great amenities, newly renovated property. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with children.

Clean, spacious apartment , great location, unbeatable views … It didn’t disappoint 👍. Sven was nice to help us checked in, and Alex gave us a little token ( potpourri) on our way out . Highly recommended if you want to stay in Interlaken. ( basically between OST and West ) . We went to Zermatt , Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen from here, Trains ( SBB App) are on time and very convenient to take you from one place to another .

The best part of my trip was waking up to the apartment’s view. I would sit out in the balcony every morning and just look at the mountains and the river. Public transportation is about 15 minutes away but the walk is so enjoyable. Very clean and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need including a laundry area with washer, dryer and iron. Kitchen fully equipped and a public game room in the lobby with a big tv and video games. Love it!

Great place near the action but not in the midst of it, so it was quiet and peaceful. Hotel is right on the river, with gorgeous views to the south of the peaks. Very helpful, friendly staff, who perform concierge services for tickets etc. Highly recommend.

The rooms abd bathrooms we had were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the front desk was very helpfull. Amazing place to stay in a quiet area, but only minutes away from the train stations, restaurants, and shopping. They've just redone things and everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were beautiful! We had one of the top floor lofts and literally gasped when we walked in with how nice the room was and how amazing the view was! There is also a really cool cafe/lounge in the first floor, and the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We wish we stayed longer just so we could experience the apartment and the building more!

Our Stay for big family

Everything is good except that it is kinda tiring for our big family of 9 with young kids to lug 9 big luggages to walk to apartment from train station during arrival and check out. Otherwise , it is perfect as It provides full facilities very suitable for family. The view from room is excelelnt. Get to see mountain and lake.

From the moment we parked outside, you can tell everything about this place was/is done with intention. Beautiful facilities, the room we got was quant but offered stunning views and the location is easily walkable, it gave us the ability to forget we had a car. You can walk directly outside and be on the river paths that lead you immediately into the heart of the town. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and enthusiastically kind. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this place to any of my friends or family that were going to stay in Interlaken.

My family got a big surprise immediately after we have checked in. We booked for 5 people and got the top floor suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room and living room. The view from the living room is incredible. We would lay on the sofa and enjoying the beautiful Jungfrau mountain with its snow and glacier for hours. The balcony is expansive with outdoor furniture, and with million dollar view. The property was just remodeled with excellent interior and all new furnitures. The suite is the penthouse unit of a luxury home.
