"Beautiful property in a wonderful location with very helpful and kind staff. I wish we had picked a better room as our view was the parking lot, but can’t beat the amenities! Definitely recommend paying a little extra for a balcony with view room. 😀 Dinner wasn’t included in Expedia reservation so it’s an additional 35 euro pp for 4 courses. They save the table for the duration of your stay - service is phenomenal. "

"The host was extremely hospitable and provided a very personalised service. She was also very flexible with check in, breakfast, and check out timings, making for a very stress-free stay. Not to mention she bakes really great cakes too. The room is also very quaint, spacious, and comfortable. There’s even a jacuzzi in the room. Sappada is also a peaceful and picturesque town to stay in with landscapes of mountainous terrains surrounding this accommodation. Highly recommended and definitely would return to stay here again! It has everything you need and it is well located within walkable distance to the town centre. Stefano and his family were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely come back again. "

"I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen."
