"Hotel was great, clean, nice, friendly staff"

"We got in late on March 25. It was late enough that we couldn’t see easily the cleanliness of the rooms. The lights were dim had to be turned on manually. The light switches didn’t work and the first night we discovered there were no clean towels in the rooms at all. Also, there was no hand or body soap, my daughter in the other room went down to ask at the front desk and he said we won’t be getting soap in because our shipment is late and you can go to the CVS on the corner, which, of course we did. Throughout the day that common areas were filthy with lots of debris and papers that breakfast kitchen area the floor was so sticky "

"My room could’ve been much more cleaner. There was a lot of dust everywhere and also they did not change out the lotion in the bathroom, which is pretty unsanitary. And this day and age is not OK to be reusing the same opened lotion bottles. Staff was very kind and very attentive. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk. It took several times for me to do so. Breakfast was very mid not anything to brag about and honestly it cost too much four dollars for a cup of orange juice is ridiculous. I didn’t have issues with Parking as I used public transportation i.e. Lyft to get me to the hotel. "

"Opened the room door and immediately left. The smell was horrible. There was a barking dog in another room. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever walked into. "

"It was the perfect location for doing a weekend full of downtown Cleveland activities. And was big enough for a larger size group to not feel to cramped during our stay."

"I wanna say that I had an amazing time I stayed here for two days with a few friends and the place is more than amazing very clean, very fun, very creative. Definitely recommend booking this place. The price is worth it. I will definitely be coming back."
