"The view was amazing & dodnt get in hot tub"

"I booked this property knowing that it was older and possibly outdated. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front check in. The beds and all of the furniture were very clean and there were no issues there at all. The view was absolutely stunning and right when I got into the room, I could see dolphins. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a lot of rust all over the windows, patio, and around the air vents. Which I am aware that being right on the beach, things are way more susceptible to rust. The air conditioning did work but the vent just looked busted up. Which takes me back to it being an older property. There was a time when I went back to my room and saw three men in my room, which as a woman traveling, somewhat frightened me. I know requesting house cleaning was an option but I never requested it. I walked in and one of them was just flipping through the television. They were very nice but it just uncomfortable due to me not expecting to come back to my room with people inside of it. Also, there were no luggage carts? I didn’t see a single one but I do believe that was due to it being bike week and there were a lot of people. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I did just feel the need to say that in case you bring a lot of stuff, you may have to make a few trips unloading and loading your stuff. Overall, I would book here again and thats mainly because it’s one of the most affordable beach front properties in PCB. "

"Location, location, location. This is an older property located right on the beautiful beach with pools and a hot tub. The water is less than 100 yards from the pools. Don't let the age of the facility scare you it is clean and well maintained. Best pillows of any of my recent stays including high end properties elsewhere. The location is on the west side of the main drag. It has some interesting neighboring businesses including a bar that can be a biker hangout during their bi annual "Thunder Bike Rallies"."

"Under construction with materials and trash everywhere especially in lobby and hallways. Front desk clerk was BEYOND rude. Didn’t acknowledge us. Never looked up from computer. Refused to let us check in due to room not being ready. Refused to let us move to another room. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing athletic clothes and very short hair (Mens cut). No breakfast or even coffee. Halls smell of mold and weed. The only good thing about this stay was that it’s final over! "

"My deck was share with three other rooms. There was no shampoo or cream rinse, no coffee, sugar ect. Evening entertainment was terrible. I just wanted a few days on the beach but this was a place for families with little kids and little kid amenities and activities. Also used as a party place for large groups of partying teens"
