"Maybe my expectations were too high. I usually book through the other one—both as a guest and a host—so I’m used to a certain level of basic amenities. I booked this stay through here and assumed it would be similar, but the house fell short in several simple areas: only one bathroom had hand soap (and it was a pump), there was no bath soap at all, no coffee, creamer, or sugar, and not even a box of Kleenex.

"There was a mouse in the cabin, we called for support ,maintenance was sent and placed glue traps behind the stove. Not the experience I was expecting for my husband’s birthday weekend. we actually only slept at cabin one night instead of two that were paid off due to this inconvenience."
