"Very cute cottage. There was a problem with our key code but the attendant fixed it within minutes. Parking is very tight for the cottages. Curtains were not long enough to cover the windows. Overall, great location with locks across the street, food and shopping within walking distance, and clean!"

"Sunset Lodge was perfect for our 2 nite stay! Staff was amazing and room was spacious and very clean. Comfy beds! Only thing was the traffic right outside made it a little noisy when standing or sitting on the front porch area, BUT it didn't hinder our sleep at all. "Property was beautifully located on the northern shore of Lake Michigan. The facility itself was a bit run down and in need of a huge overhaul. Windows broken, screens missing, beds with crinkly mattress protectors, broken TV, wall plugs that would not hold a plug in charger...."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking could be a bit challenging. We preferred this accommodation for privacy and the ability to relax and make coffee and eat breakfast in the cabin. The only misunderstanding was the cleaning fee having to be handled over the phone because there is NO OFFICE at the location and the phone number was with a person at another hotel, who was managing the fee. "
