Har aldrig varit i Uppsala. Tyckte läget på hotellet var utmärkt då man hade nära till allting. Bra med frukost av lite lagom typ då äter man endast det man behöver. Utmärkta rum med fin rörelseyta.

Mycket bra för vårt behov. Vi kom sent till hotellet och lämnade det tidigt nästa förmiddag, så vi upplevde inte särskilt mycket. Ja, det var ju "kulturnatta" 12 - 13 sept. så lite musik lyssnade vi på under promenaden till hotellet.

ウプサラ駅から徒歩8分位の所に位置する便利なホテルです。フロントの対応も良く清潔感のある部屋で快適です。シャワーの出も良くアメニティも完備してます。ホテルはウプサラの街の中心部にも位置してますので、食事やショッピングにも便利です。

Perfect Location!

This hotel is perfectly suitable for a stay in Uppsala. It is not fancy, a bit strange in it's layout, but has a comfortable lobby and breakfast room. It is also attached to a pub, with good beer and great French fries! We stayed here the night before we left Uppsala. We had lived in an apartment outside town for 5 months while my husband coached the American Football team. We were very familiar with the town and chose this hotel for it's location ....its close proximity to the train/bus station and restaurants on our last night. We were not disappointed!

Positiv överraskning

Bokade på nätet och det fanns ytterst få lediga rum i Uppsala detta datum. Hade därför ganska låga förväntningar. Kom sent på kvällen och blev väl mottagen. Jätteskön säng. brukar ha svårt att sova på hotell men här sov jag som en stock. Vaknade utvilad och gick ner till den trevliga frukostmatsalen där det fanns lagom många val. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal i reception och matsal.

Skitigt slitet och dyrt hotell!

Skitigt på toaletten! Duschdrapperiet mögligt Gick inte att höja duschshantaget för det var trasigt. Glasen på toaletten var inte rena. Skåpdörren tillhörande möbeln gick ej att stänga. Mattan hade en stor röd fläck.Mörkläggnings gardinernas upphängning var trasig.

För det mesta ett bra hotel

Bott här förut, så vet att det är ett bra hotell med bra frukost, bra service och allt som man för övrigt kan vänta sig av ett hotell i den här klassen. Så var väl mest otur att vi denna gång råkade ut för en inte allt för välutbildad personal. Checkade in tidigt och fick ställa vårt bagage i bagegaeförvaringen. Gjorde upp med receptionisten att vi skulle återkomma sent samma kväll och då få våra nycklar och tillgång till rummet. Vid återkomsten till hotellet möts vi av nattportiern som 1. Inte visste hur det fungerade med parkeringsplatser. Som gammal gäst fick jag upplysa honom. 2. Först inte kunde hitta vår reservation så att vi kunde få våra nycklar och rum. Då jag sett var den tidigare receptionisten lagt lappen kunde jag peka ut den för honom. 3. Kom upp kl 01:30(!) och knackade på vår dörr för att fråga vart vi ställt bilen. Att den extrasäng vi beställt inte fanns på rummet och det tog ungefär en timme att få dit den förbleknar lite i relation till nattportierns agerande.... Men, då jag som sagt var sovit här tidigare och vet vilken standard detta hotell brukar hålla kan jag ändå rekommendera det. Se bara till att inte checka in allt för sent...

Slitet hotell med oproffsig incheckning

Ojämn standard på personalen. Vid incheckning hittades inte min bokning trots att jag hade printat ut den. Fick fel rumstyp. Blev senare kompenserad med kvällstidning och chokladkaka (men ingen prisreduktion). Rummet slitet med trasiga glödlampor, elutrustning och papperskorg. Men bra städat. Vänligt bemötande från personalen. Bra frukost.

Rummet vi fick var stort och rymligt, men väldigt beige, både bokstavligt och metaforiskt. Läget är ett av de bättre ni kommer hitta i Uppsala med gångavstånd till allt och frukosten är god.

The only 'downer' was the lack of parking arrangements with the carpark in the basement - became expensive and was limiting in its operational hours.
