The few drawbacks consisted of: the space seemed a little smaller than advertised, the bedding upstairs had some sort of stain on it, and the closest’s wheels were off their tracks making it hard to get the spare mattress in the master bedroom. The host did end up finding a replacement in Asbury Park that was nicer but the reason we booked in Toms River is because that's where my family was.
