"We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast included, I'm so glad that we did, the cooked choice was really good, including my partner's favourite chopped avocado. There was also a good buffet selection, I really enjoyed the blackcurrant and yoghurt pot and the fresh fruit pot."

"We love historic places to stay at. The George fit that perfectly. The room was full of charm and character. Modern it is not, but we knew this going in and we expected what they delivered. The restaurant serves delicious food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again given the chance. Thank you, The George Inn, we had a wonderful w experience."
