"Upon arrival, we were greeted by our lovely hosts Chris and Tina. Chris kindly showed us to our Valentina tent for our 3 day stay. The tent was beautifully appointed and had a super comfy bed. Our separate kitchen area had a basket of goodies, which we felt was such a personal touch. The llamas were amazing, roaming freely outside our tent. "This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"Amazing place. From the gracious hosts to the amazing views. If you want a place that is quiet but has a some of the shopping places you need, this is it. The peace and quiet is amazing. The hosts welcome with any questions and a lot of information to hand. The cottage is comfortable and according to our daughter the hot tub is an amazing feature. Our dogs also fell in love with the cottage and enjoyed the conversation with our host’s dogs."

"Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. "The cottage is excellent, with plenty of parking, a very safe enclosed garden for our dogs, it is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Paul and Jenny, the owners are lovely, gave us a guided tour of the cottage and where to find things. The welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated. Thanks for everything. We will be returning next year, all being well."
