"Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good."

"We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time."

"Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was comfortable with fabulous pool and sea views and the pool area relaxing. Air conditioning was amazing. Location is perfect. Just close enough to town but quiet at the same time. The staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of food and beverages. Delicious. Thanks for a great stay."

"The location and view were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. The hotel needs some major updating. Furniture-inside and outside-was old and some falling apart. There were not enough umbrellas poolside. Our blinds would not go down and our curtains would not close, so we got a view of the neighbors. The patio door was stuck...

"A great hotel and clean. Kids loved the pools and the breakfast was delicious. It's about 25 min walk to the beach and we had to take an Uber to old town but still in a great area."
