Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊"

"This hotel was a great location for restaurants and within walking distance to the bullfights and bull run. Highly recommend Isla Sicilia near hotel for great pizza. Also, Loops and coffee is just down the street. Loved the RWB amenities left in our room.Great Hotel"
