"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. "Large appartement, suitable for 6 adults. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom good enough. 3e floor, no elevator. Room for bikes available. Supermarket with fresh bread a few minutes away (walking). On walking distance from Kaysersberg, a very nice village, typical Alsace. Beware of closingtimes of restaurants and shops. For this price a very good offer."
