"A fabulous child friendly place to stay. It's clean and has friendly staff who can answer any queries. My only suggestion is in reference to the showers. I found it really annoying having nowhere other than a couple of silly hooks to put ones clothes on in the shower ( If there were more hooks, they were so close together that your clothes fell off). As well as that there was nowhere to put my toilet bag other than on the floor which was often wet and/ or sandy. In the past there were slings on the door where one could put things or the small push down bench. which made a huge difference to the process. In my opinion this is a drawback to the shower facilities and could do with some research to find a solution. "

"The stay was great - easy place to stay close to Wai-o-tapu Thermal Wonderland which is why we wanted to be there. Clean, roomy, nice bed and reasonably private. Very quite and scenic. Needs a curtain for the kitchen window and a bigger mirror in the bathroom. Also beware: no Wifi. I had two 4G bars on my phone so that was good enough but pretty limited."
