Pros: Staff and hotel was good. Easy check in. Location is very convenient. Very comfortable bed. Cons: The toilet was not properly cleaned as it had yellow stains but they cleaned it right away when we flagged it. The room we stayed at was facing to the street and right next to the entrance with a heavy door. So if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend that room but I am sure the others are fine.

Paid parking was available but a bit far from the hotel. Also, window insulation was poor. No fridge in the room to cool your drinks. Mini fridge with free water was available downstairs in the hall. Quality materials used for decoration. Traditional house vibe. AC was nice and quiet. Small safe not suitable for laptops or tablets. Night time entrance with keypad was available but narrow hallway after.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend – sehr zentral. Die Urla Sanat Sokağı ist in nur zwei Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü kutlaması için Urla’da konaklamak istemiştik. 6 numaralı odada kaldık, odanın görselindeki boyutu ile gördüğünüz şey benzeşmiyor. Oda bahçe katında ve görseldeki o cam direkt ortak alana baktığı için perdeyi açamıyorsunuz. Aydınlatma olarak beyaz ışık tercih edilmiş ve perdeyi açamayınca bodrum katı hissi veriyor. Halıda 30cmlik leke var, tuvalet geldiğimizde kirliydi. Otelin giriş kısmı daracık bir koridor, şifre ile giriş yapıyorsunuz, koridora borudan su akıyor ve ara sokak bir yerden geçiyor gibisiniz. Bakım yapılmamış. Gece dönüş yapmamak adına oda değişikliği yapmak istedik, memnuniyetsiz olmamıza rağmen boş odaya talep olur ise denilerek aradaki ücreti ödeyecek olmamıza rağmen kabul edilmedi. Gece otelde konaklamadık, sabah çıkış yaptığımızı teyit etmek için aradıklarında yaşadığımız şeyleri söyledik ve aa kusura bakmayın denildi. Konaklama sürecinde de muhatap olabileceğiniz herhangi bir çalışan görmedik.

Puanının yüksek olması ve önerilerde sık görmemiz üzerine daha yüksek beklentiyle gittiğimiz bir oteldi. suit odada kaldık klima var yazılmasına rağmen odada klima yoktu. suit odada boy aynası da yoktu rahat hazırlanamadık. Çarşaflar ve banyo temizliği genel olarak iyiydi. Otel eski, üst kat odadaki yürüme sesleri bile bize geliyordu. Oda temizliği için temizlik istediğinize dair kapıya yazı asmak gerekiyor, bize gelen uzun mesajın içinde fark etmemişiz, oda temizliğimiz yapılmamış oldu kaldığımız sürede.
