This property is located in an area where parking is nonexistent, unless you drive to an oto park far from the hotel. There are many shops and cafes around the area. Rooms at this hotel have basic amenities minus a TV. There is a restaurant and a bar as well. The two staff we encountered were very helpful and the male speaks English.

This is an apart room above a bar with the same name. There were 2 other rooms on the first floor. We stayed 3 people family in front facing room which was around 30 m2 with a nice balcony and a bathroom. it must have been recently and tastefully built as it looked new. The towels were very new and clean. It is very centrally located in Urla, it can`t be any central than this. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops, so pretty noisy. It is like 20m to the pedestrian only streets. But during our 2 night stay the noise outside did not bother us, the AC worked well, and the windows did block most of the noise. Car park is a problem, we were able to park on the street which was a bit chaotic -dusty street with construction everywhere but it was ok. We were told there were near by parking areas, but we managed without it. As for improvements, the room did not have any hangers, the 3rd bed was a bit noisy when you moved. There was only one trash can in the bathroom next to toilet, but not in the room. There was no TV (they probably thought you should not be watching TV with everything going on around you). You could also hear the other room`s doors open-and close clearly, but we did not hear anything other than that. Finally the outside door did not have any locks, although the property had cameras in the corridors. Overall, the location and condition of Pietra was great and it was definitely good value for the money. We would stay here again for sure.

was a perfect stay. The staff is amazing. They are so helpful, kind and friendly. They made me feel like i am home. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is really good. And the cocktails are delicious. If i come back here i’d stay here again.

My wife and I came to Urla from New York and unfortunately had a very bad experience at Pietra Social House. The late-night DJ music was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep. And this was on a Monday night. I can only imagine how loud and uncomfortable this place must be on weekends. For a hotel, providing guests with a quiet and comfortable place to rest should be one of the most basic expectations. On top of that, we had no hot water. The next morning, we tried several times to reach the hotel and speak with someone at reception, but there was nobody there. The reception was completely empty, the hotel appeared to be locked up, and no staff member was available. I also called the hotel several times and nobody answered. What made the situation even more frustrating was that they ignored our attempts to contact them, but as soon as Expedia contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, they suddenly messaged me. The owner then told me, “We are closed on Tuesday.” I honestly do not understand how a hotel can be “closed” on a Tuesday while it still has paying guests staying inside. This was not only frustrating, it also made us seriously question how safe the hotel is. If there had been an emergency, there was seemingly nobody on-site and nobody answering the phone. Overall, our experience at Pietra Social House was extremely disappointing. Poor management, unprofessional service, and a serious lack of responsibility toward guests. We definitely would not sta

Otelin yeri sanat sokağına çok yakın hatta sokağın köşesini dönünce diyebilirim :) odamız çok temizdi odanın olduğu katlarda aynı şekilde , çarşaflarımız bembeyaz deterjan kokuluydu ince bir örtü yerine hafif yorgan koymuşlar buna bayıldım:) banyo tuvalette aynı şekilde tertemizdi biz çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı için gönderilen kafede güzel kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Sadece park sorunu var sokak içinde kaldığı İçin ara sokaklar çok dar araç park etmek zor oluyor buna rağmen tekrar gittiğimde konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel çok teşekkür ederiz :) alt katındaki barı kullanma şansımız olmadı ama çok güzel dizayn edilmiş konsepti renkleri eşyaları çok güzeldi :)

Odamız temizdi ve balkonu sayesinde ferah bir atmosferi vardı. Duşta su basıncının zayıf olması dışında odadan memnun kaldık. Oda servisi olmaması üzücüydü fakat resepsiyondan acil ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılama imkanımmız olması güzeldi. Merkezi konumu sayesinde yürüyerek gezmeye uygun, keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Konaklamamız mükemmeldi. Biz 5 kişi iki odada konakladık odalar çok temiz ve düzenli ikiside balkonlu idi. Banyolar çok temiz ve her şey yeni idi. konum olarakta merkezde idi. karşılama, ilgi, hizmet ve güleryüz çok iyiydi. Güzel ve eğlenceli

Otel genel anlamıyla çok güzeldi biz arkadaşlarımızla 2 gece kaldık . Çok beğendik, çok merkezi bi yerde sanat sokağının ortasındaydı onun dışında heryer birbirine çok uzak zaten otelin barında kesinlikle single lady içmelisiniz aşırı güzel bir kokteyldi ben bayıldım. Afro müzik yapan grupta aşırı iyiydi. sadece otel sahibinin tavırları hoş değildi, biz bunu tavır dışında gayet keyifli vakit geçirdik.

Odalardan yalnızca birinin banyosu tuvaleti çok küçük, site arayüzü sebebiyle bu detay gözden kaçabiliyor. Konumu, şehrin orta yerinde olmak isteyenler için çok iyi, kentin yapısı sebebiyle araç parkı konusu biraz uğraştırabiliyor.
