"Rude staff, no parking available when arrived. Given single room when I had booked a double room. Poorest service ever. Please see photo attached if room received before having to complain to hotel to get the room I should have received originally. Not what I expect when booking through Expedia"

"We were completely "gobsmacked" upon arrival and every experience thereafter was equally exciting. This is the type of place that you really do not want to share with others, so "the less said, the better"! "

"This a super clean in the walking only district of Göppingen. 5 minute walk to the train station. Shopping and dining is all around the Hotel, including a full grocery store. Breakfast is included and is outstanding! Only a couple minor complaints - Parking, there is a garage NOT owned by the hotel right next door, but it is pricey. We used one like 3 blocks away for much cheaper. There is no minifridge or microwave in the rooms. There are also no ice buckets or ice machines. Very little storage in the rooms, no drawers at all."
