"Great location. Hotel was very nice and the reception welcoming. Liked that we were able to have laundry done for 5 euros. Shower head was not attached to the wall which made for a not so easy shower."

"Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."

"The room was unbearably hot. When I checked in the window was open and the room was like a furnace. It was impossible to cool down with fans. My stay here was very uncomfortable as a result and it was cooler outside. No bottled water in room as advertised either. "

"El lugar está muy limpio, es acogedor y la persona que lo gestiona es muy atenta y agradable. La única pega es que la habitación no tiene baño dentro. Los baños están muy limpios, igualmente, y tienen gel y secador. Estaría bien que las toallas que dejan en la habitación fueran un poco más grandes."
