"My first impressions were not good. They contacted us immediately after the reservation about our train arrival time so that they would meet us at the train station to walk us to the property. They did not show up. Finding the place was a little difficult because the name of the property at the site location is New Day Hostal, not New Day Inn. "Hotel was really cute and a perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were really hoping for a room with a beautiful view, like the pictures suggested, but because we got a triple bedroom, we had a middle room without any windows to the outside. Only double rooms have outside facing windows. The room was still great, but just good to know beforehand. If you are on the 6th floor, you can hear the restaurant commotion starting at 5am. Just something to beware of. Otherwise, this hotel was great, very comfortable, clean and in a great location. "
