"It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. "I reserved a double room and when I checked in they told me that I will get a single room because I was a single passenger. I told them that even though I was alone I wanted the double room. They wanted to give me the single room for the price of a double. Finally after getting the double room they told me that because of construction there was no water in the rooms. "施設自体悪くない。朝食も良かった。 しかし、チェックイン時にまさかの予約を受けていません。ホテルドットコムの予約確認書を見せても、メール画面を見せても認めない。約30分、英語もろくに話すスタッフがおらず、携帯の翻訳サイトを使った会話。最後は諦めたように予約とは違うタイプのキーを渡され、ちゃんと確認するけど予約は無いよと中国語。デポジットはとっておきます。翌朝のチェックアウトまで何の連絡も無く、終始不安で過ごすことになりました。チェックアウト時何の説明もなく、何事も無かったようにOK!のみ。デポジットも返されましたが、呆れて文句いう気にもならなかった。ほぼクレームです。ホテルドットコムさん共々説明を求めます。"

"We asked for three beds and was given a very large room with 3 beds. Room was clean and the security guards at the metal detector were so eager to help me on looking for the bus route to the museums and parks I wanted to go. It was the guards that help me not the reception clerk, they did not know anything and did not bother to look for it on the map or do anything at all.
