"Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Stairwells looked freasly painted. Room was clean and bed was comfy."

"The mattress of the main bed was stained. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable, and the mattress had lots of crumbs on it. We had to request sheets and a blanket for this, even though there were three people in the reservation so we should’ve had sheets in the room. There were no cups in the kitchen or bathroom for taking medications or getting a drink of water. One of the tables in the breakfast room was very wobbly, and my father-in-law tried to hang onto it when he stood up and it gave away and he fell. The orange juice dispenser was out of order. The coffee was so weak you could barely tell it was coffee. It tasted like colored water. The rooms were kind of beat up— there were chunks hacked in the entry door, and holes knocked in the walls."

"The building needs extensive maintenance. The room smelled foul. There was dust and grime even on the cord of the blow dryer. If it was $45 a night place I'd be more understanding. The window screen had a massive hole. The HVAC was unclean, but it kept us cool. I did appreciate the microwave and that there were many USB charging options. It seems that the property owner is probably doing the best they can with limited funds, it may be a good idea to consider whether this property is candidate for some sort of brand supported upkeep."

"Many of the doors throughout the hotel were broken or very poorly repaired. Some of the A/C units were full of dust. Rooms had bugs crawling around all over, broken shower rods, toilet tank lids held together with caulk, and many more. The Waterpark slides had excessive amounts of rust and many more issues that I cannot remember. The security gard was yelling at kids for no reason and following them around for no reason. He was accusing the kids of things other kids were doing."

"Our room appeared to be cleaned quite sometime ago. There was dust everywhere. There were crumbs in the bed, and dirt on the window sill the carpet was ripped in a couple places and the seam of the AC unit was falling apart. The mirrors were also dirty. The shower was lukewarm. I understand we were in a pet friendly room but I would have expected better."
