Cilene del Fuego is an incredibly great hotel. Clean rooms, amenities, facilities, staff gave excellent service, breakfast was delicious and has variety. Very complete. Hotel is in the center of the town, very accessible. Has a gorgeous spa. Room has kitchen. Near restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk to the Beagle Channel and pier area. Definitely worth it.

The location is perfect! Surrounded by beautiful flowers and a Mountain View. Sebastian is a wonderful host ready to assist with whatever is needed. The place is very comfortable and spotless. Sebastian prepared dinner for us which was fabulous. Very much enjoyed our stay!!

Great space, great staff. A short walk to centro but not bad at all, just enough to be away from all the noise.

Clean quiet hotel with very friendly staff

Everything was fine. A couple of things- mo soap for washing hands/bathing. Hair dryer dud not work. Staff said they would bring a replacement but did not. Otherwise stFf wS friendly

The hotel has a nice dome on the rooftop, we enjoyed a relaxed evening with hot cocoa and listening to music.

We've recently stayed at both the Arakur as well as Los Cauquenes - apparently the two best hotels in Ushuaia. So we have some frame of reference for comparison. The Arakur wins out in almost every category. Only the view from the hotel room was slightly better at Los Cauquenes due to it being situated right at the water front. Location: Not within walking distance of downtown Ushuaia but closer than Los Cauquenes. Both hotels offer shuttle serves into town. Arakur takes about 10-15 minutes,...

My whole experience at Los Cauquenes was extremely pleasant! The staff were friendly, food was great, wine selection were excellent, awesome view of the mountains and beagle channel from the balcony and dining of the resort. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment was clean, good amenities, close to grocery store and city center. The owner was awesome, and took care of anything!

El espacio nos pareció excelente: muy bien ubicado, cómodo y con el mobiliario necesario para una estadía agradable. Las instrucciones de check in fueron puntuales y fáciles de seguir.

We just needed a quick overnight before we boarded our cruise and this was perfect. It’s quiet and clean and breakfast was delicious. The staff are so helpful and kind. It’s also an easy walk to the main shopping and dining area.

Personal muy atento y servicial. Nos orientaron sobre dónde ir y que hacer. Facilidades muy limpias y acogedoras

My room was facing the street and could hear all the vehicles. Place is outdated but comfortable. It has everything you need. The complimentary breakfast was basic but at least they had boiled eggs and lots of bread to the point you'll be constipated. The coffee was the best part.

Absolutely excellent hotel: Great staff; clean, comfortable rooms; wonderful restaurants; plenty of amenities; breathtaking views. I highly recommend Las Hayas Resort Hotel.

I was just expecting a standard room but got an apartment with living room and kitchenette. Also got a very early check-in at 9 AM. But the best part was the view from the breakfast room - spectacular! The hotel is centrally located and near a pedestrian shopping mall, casinos, and the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful and English is no problem. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a bit of a hostel. Each apartment has one room that will sleep one or two people my first night. I had a wonderful double bed with a wonderful duvet. The balance of my stay I shared with a group member. The other room has bunk beds and sleeps 8? There is a full kitchen tea and mate and instant coffee are provided. The building is cute. And is an inexpensive Uber ride from downtown I think each trip was three or four dollars. For my purposes, it was absolutely perfect.

Excelente hotel muy cómodo económico y con personal muy amable, es un lugar amplio y muy acogedor me encantó las dos noches de estadía, lo recomiendo mucho
