"It was hard to find at first, but thankfully we found someone who was very helpful and kind. The main complaints were that the cabin was not 100% done being built. For example there were outlet covers missing and no railing on the staircase. Another issue is that the bathroom will have water/mold issues in the future as there is no shower curtain or exhaust fan so the bathroom got musty even by the end of our three nights."

"An unbelievable stay with picturesque views and natural beauty. We could hardly believe our eyes that we were staying in the middle of somewhere so stunning! All the amenities you could need in the cabin, very clean and check in was easy and stress free. Great communication from host too. "When we arrived all the windows were open, and there was no heat and the outsode (and consequently inside temp) was around 43°f. No toilet paper, no towels. The owner had left a portable radiator outside the apartment but had not warmed up the aprtment. Radiator had little affect on warming the room. Finally got someone to bring us towels and toilet paper and an extra blanket. He also kindly brought us a space heater. By morning the room had finally warmed up. Not a good experience at...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and the room looked exactly like the pictures! The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the views from our room were beautiful! When we come back to Zabjlak we plan to stay here again! I highly recommend this property!"

"You can tell Zabljak is starting to build up and prepare for more tourists and this can also be seen at Hotel SOA and the surrounding area. The hotel itself is nice, though the view could leave a bit to be desired. But who is staying in their room when they have all the outdoor exploring to do? The good: The room is spacious. We had two balconies, a couch with a lounge seating area, a dinner table, and a little kitchenette. The bed is in a separate room, perfect for if you want to sleep in and your partner wants to get up early. There is a free private sauna and steam room and if you want to book excursions through the hotel, it’s cheaper than Viator. The meh: The bathroom is very small and our shower head seemed clogged so it took a bit to rinse off. There is only one air conditioner and it’s in the main area so if you close the bedroom door, it won’t reach you. Luckily it was cool and we didn’t much need it, but when we used it and closed the door, you could feel the difference. Those things didn’t matter much to us, but were worth pointing out. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The bed was soft and the sheets smelled clean and of lavender fresh from the line. Would definitely stay here and recommend to my friends."

Channel(Shanelle) was very welcoming and kind, Breakfast was great, we didn’t get a chance to use the sauna as we arrived in the evening and the reservation was full, apart from that great place, would definitely visit again"
