"The property was clean and well decorated. There was a kettle, toaster and coffee machine in the kitchen, but only one socket for all three. The kitchen was equipped with two hobs and a microwave.The light switch in the bedroom has a battery operated switch, but the batteries were flat. There was also a remote in which the batteries were good. There is a plug in heater in each of the bedrooms, but no accessible socket to plug it in. "This is a delightful rental located in a perfect spot that is close to everything. Very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. We most enjoyed how unique and special the decor is and the record player while we sipped on Portuguese wine. What a special 24 hrs in Nazare we had! "

"Great place to stay for a close walk to beach and restaurants and the trolly up the hill to see the famous waves. Room was comfortable. We even took advantage of the washer and hung our clothes out in the fresh air to dry. A little difficult to find the room in the maze of skinny side walks, but it was worth it."

"The apartment was wonderfully historic. Fit with the charm of Obidos. With age though comes a bit of musty scent, but was part of the charm. Bedrooms were big and sunny. Bathroom large. Living space small but you don’t come here to sit and watch tv. I would stay again but also look around fir other accommodations too for fun"

Their communication was phenomenal, the location was picturesque, and if they didn't have it, they were quick with a great recommendation. We were fortunate enough to be here for Carnaval and were less than a 10 minute walk from the joyous festivities. If you want to experience a welcoming and native town in Portugal that is near both Lisbon and Obidos, this is a must."
