10 minutes from Biarritz, after Arcangues, charming guest house overlooking a landscaped garden and flowers fully fenced, in a very quiet with a beautiful view of the mountains .. On one level, the living room opens onto the terrace and the garden with table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and a small lounge. It has an American kitchen equipped with LL, LV, oven, microwave, fridge. TV and internet, .The first bedroom has 1 double bed 160, 1 single bed and a BB bed possible. The second has 2 single beds. The property lived up to its description apart from no sun loungers (not a problem for us). The surroundings were quite noisy with cocks and other birds starting early. Also workmen nearby and everyone mowing lawns and cutting hedges. Possibly just the time of the year. Provided this is not a problem for you, then I would highly recommend this property. Well positioned for visiting nearby towns - Bayonne was particularly intetesting. The garden was great for the dogs but walking from the house was limited.

Great spot but the accommodation was not very clean and the fittings need updating. For example the pillows were lumpy and smelled, the bed was worn, the sofa was uncomfortable, the chairs were worn, and some of the cupboards and drawers were filled with a jumble of stuff. We were also charged 100€ to have our dog with us. We stayed for four nights. That's 25€ a night. We have stayed in many properties with her and have never been charged that much, even in a five star hotel where they provided her with a bed, bowls and treats! I'm afraid that we can't recommend the accommodation.

Excellent séjour passé en famille dans cette maison de charme avec un ravissant jardin, avec vue sur la Rhune Parfait quand on veut profiter à la fois des plaisirs de la montagne et des bords de l'océan.Photos conformes. Equipement fonctionnel.Calme assuré . Excellents contacts avec le propriétaire. Adresse à retenir. Nous recommandons!

Malgré un temps chaotique nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le pays basque. La maison de Nicole y a bien contribué : la maison est très bien située, proche des plus beaux villages et villes du PB. Le jardin est grand et la vue y est superbe. Quel délice d y lire, prendre un verre etc...tout en regardant ce paysage...c est calme, reposant. De plus excellent accueil de Nicole. Bref, si on doit retourner dans le PB nous saurons ou aller!

Maison très fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. La vue sur la Rhune est splendide et nous avons apprécié le jardin clos pour notre chien. Notre hôte, Nicole a été très réactive sur toutes nos demandes. Nous recommandons cette location et nous reviendrons certainement.

Superbe vue sur la Rhune, situé à proximité de Biarritz, Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz et Espelette qui permet de profiter du Pays Basque même si le temps n'est pas complètement favorable... Appartement meublé avec soin, avec accès sur un jardin très agréable, parfaitement entretenu et parfait pour profiter du calme environnant. De petites attentions laissées par la propriétaire à notre arrivée nous ont permis d'apprécier l'ensemble du logement dès notre arrivée. Vraiment une bonne adresse à conserver pour découvrir le Pays Basque.
